Rafael Rosario is a strategic leader, digital media expert, and community advocate with a strong commitment to empowering youth and adults through technology education. As the Interim Executive Director of Brass City Gamers, Rafael plays a key role in driving the organization’s mission forward, ensuring its programs provide valuable opportunities in esports, STEM, and digital literacy.
Since joining the board at its inception in 2014, Rafael has been a foundational force behind the organization’s growth. His expertise in communications, digital strategy, and program development has helped shape innovative initiatives designed to equip students and professionals with the skills they need in today’s digital world.
Rafael has designed five groundbreaking programs aimed at expanding educational opportunities in esports and technology, including:

Content Creation Program – Teaching participants how to produce high-quality digital content and build an online presence.

Understanding AI for Youth and Adults – Providing an accessible introduction to artificial intelligence and its real-world applications.

Online Safety for Youth and Adults – Educating individuals on cybersecurity best practices for navigating the digital world safely.
While these programs are prepared for launch, Rafael has already delivered impactful Digital Media Literacy training at local libraries and an AI 101 course for a local nonprofit, equipping participants with foundational knowledge in emerging technologies and responsible digital engagement.
With a strong background in mentorship, program development, and strategic leadership, Rafael is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
